SEDCO Direct
A key driver of our strategy is providing advice and support to customers as they determine the requirements for a new system or a system upgrade.
The SEDCO Direct Account Management team includes technical staff and product specialists who are able to guide and advise customers on the various upgrade options, conduct site surveys and system reviews.
Your local SEDCO Direct contact will be available to provide a superior level of Account Management and technical support and is fully supported by SEDCO’s national network.

Service
SEDCO provides service to both SEDCO and non SEDCO systems. SEDCO service technicians are fully qualified to service SEDCO Systems and a range of other communications and low voltage equipment.
Calls logged via our national 1300 number go through to our national network of service technicians. Technical support can be provided over the phone or a technician dispatched if required. SEDCO schedule firm times for service calls so that customers know exactly when to expect the technician.
SEDCO technicians attending service calls meet with the site contact before starting any work and provide a documented service report for the site contact before leaving. As part of our ongoing commitment to service quality, the site contact will be asked to comment on the quality of work and record this on the service report.

In addition to our standard support services, SEDCO direct provides specific site SLA's and service contracts which allow for a full range of service options 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. Sites with an SLA in place receive a typical priority response time inside 4 hours.
As with the service call, once complete, a detailed maintenance report is submitted.
A SEDCO maintenance program provides ongoing support to reduce risk.
Project Management
To ensure consistent high quality, SEDCO assigns a dedicated project supervisor who follows a documented installation process developed for each site. This ensures your project runs to schedule.
Once full testing in line with the project schedule is completed, the project supervisor signs off to the certified standard. Following sign off, a formal hand-over is completed. The hand-over includes documentation and backups to AS3811 standards.
